L'District Du Art 
L’District du Art is a developing project under the guidance of entrepreneur, art lover and collector Ajay Seth. Unique of its kind, L’District du Art is aimed at bringing the different aesthetics of art, from all over India, under a common roof in a quest to preserve the cultural heritage of the Indian subcontinent. Among other things, L’District du Art will host one of the largest Bollywood collections brought together by an organisation. The proposed assemblage will consist of cinema posters, cinema banners, collectibles and memorabilia among other assorted artefacts and is destined to be one of a kind.
Narendra Chanchal Museum
The official announcement, with the divine blessings of Maa Vaishno Devi, a first of its kind city of Museums being planned at Neemrana, near Delhi has been made by Le Art. A strong devotee and follower of Maa Vaishno and Shri Narendra Chanchal ji, Ajay Seth is planning the world's first Global Art & Cultural District with the announcement of a Religious Museum, a Museum dedicated to Shri Narendra Chanchal ji within a unique temple complex dedicated to Maa Vaishno. Planned in 1000 acre, the museums will be part of the Global Art & Cultural District. To promote the divine cause, the design of the Temple Complex will be invited through a Contest of prominent Architectural and Design institutions. The objective is to give an opportunity to Gen Next, to show their talent, come forward and be a part of the prestigious Global Art & Culture District.

CAB, Collectibles & Art Bank 
Collectibles Art Bank, founded as Copal Art Limited in 2005, is an online hosting platform for the sale of art, vintage memorabilia and collector piece. This platform will host a wide collection including (but not limited to) fine arts, jewellery, vintage automobile and real estate. Collectibles Art Bank (CAB) will act as a mediator between the buyer and the seller, forming a common platform for interaction. CAB will be made available both for the individual buyer/seller as well as galleries, institutions dealing with collectibles as well as other auction houses.
